1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6z77 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering with, or using the 6z77 platform at https://6z77.bio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the 6z77 platform, including the casino, sportsbook, live casino, slots and all other products offered by 6z77. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms, which may be updated from time to time in accordance with Section 11 below.

2Eligibility

To register and use 6z77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. 6z77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 6z77 operates a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of, or legally present in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must register using your own personal, accurate and truthful information. Registration using false, borrowed or fraudulent details is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee or director of 6z77 or any of its affiliated entities. Such persons are not eligible to hold player accounts.
• You must not have been self-excluded from 6z77 or have had a previous 6z77 account closed for breach of these Terms or any other reason at 6z77's discretion.

6z77 conducts identity verification (KYC) checks in accordance with its internal compliance procedures. Players may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address and payment method verification documents before deposits, withdrawals or bonus claims are processed.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 6z77 at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own details or using alternative identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 6z77 employs automated and manual systems to detect and close duplicate accounts; any winnings accumulated on duplicate accounts will be void.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6z77 account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received on your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 6z77 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact 6z77 support immediately and change your password.

Account Closure and Termination

6z77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including the creation of multiple accounts, provision of false information, or engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A player's account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• A player requests voluntary account closure or self-exclusion through 6z77's responsible gaming tools.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

6z77 supports instant local payment methods for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 6z77 does not charge fees on deposits made through supported local payment methods, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 6z77 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits are credited to your 6z77 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable time, you should contact 6z77 support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before any withdrawal is processed, 6z77 may require the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 2. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, though actual settlement times depend on your payment provider. 6z77 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though payment provider charges may apply. Any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) as specified in Section 5 before they may be withdrawn.

5Bonuses and Promotions

6z77 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which are displayed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. The following general bonus conditions apply to all 6z77 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions). Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game(s) and expire within the time limit stated in the promotion terms.
• 6z77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirement already in progress by a player will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time the bonus was accepted.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh or Victory Day are available for a limited period only and are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion.

6z77 uses automated systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. If 6z77 determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a player has abused or attempted to abuse a bonus or promotion — including but not limited to using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity — 6z77 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or close the account.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on 6z77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, game or event in question. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the applicable rules before placing a bet. 6z77 publishes game rules and sportsbook rules within the platform and these form part of these Terms by reference.

Void Bets and Technical Errors

6z77 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, incorrect odds or pricing error. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's wallet. 6z77 will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected players of any voided bets promptly. 6z77 is not liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of a technical error, including loss of an internet connection during a live game or betting event.

Cricket and Sports Betting Specific Rules

For cricket betting markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers ODI and Test series: all match bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather or other causes, settlement rules specific to the market type will apply as displayed in the platform's sportsbook rules. In-play bets accepted after a material event (such as a wicket or boundary) may be voided if the bet was placed after the event occurred but before the platform's systems updated to reflect it.

7Responsible Gaming

6z77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity and stay in control. These tools are accessible from within your account settings after logging in to 6z77.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control spending. A request to lower a deposit limit takes effect immediately; a request to raise a limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the platform will automatically log the player out. A reminder alert is displayed when the session limit is approaching.

• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. 8Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, including but not limited to using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, or making fraudulent chargeback claims in respect of genuine deposits.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the 6z77 platform to conceal, transfer or legitimise the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Collusion, match-fixing or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game, sport or event available on the platform, including sharing inside information to gain an unfair wagering advantage.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to place bets, play games or interact with the 6z77 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at 6z77 staff or other platform users via any communication channel, including the platform's live chat or support systems.

6z77 cooperates with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies in investigations relating to financial crime, fraud and other illegal activity. Player accounts, transaction records and communication logs may be disclosed to such authorities pursuant to applicable legal requirements.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 6z77 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, images, logos, icons, audio clips, video clips and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the proprietary property of 6z77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered player. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

The 6z77 name, logo and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are trademarks of 6z77. You must not use any 6z77 trademark, trade name or trade dress without the prior written consent of 6z77. Unauthorised use of 6z77 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6z77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or economic loss, even if 6z77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 6z77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 6z77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 6z77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. 6z77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11Amendments to These Terms

6z77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised 'Last Updated' date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the 6z77 platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Where an amendment materially affects a player's rights or obligations, 6z77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of the change via the platform or by email to the registered address on a player's account. Notwithstanding such notice, the updated Terms take effect upon posting unless a later effective date is specified.
